Will my pet always see the same groomer?
Yes! It is important to us to build a lasting relationship with your pet. A familiar face each time will help accomplish this.
Will you shave down my dog?
Normally no! If you insist you will be asked to sign a form showing that you understand how this affects the well being of your dog.
Do you use fresh, warm water for bathing?
Yes! "PINK", our luxury mobile salon carries 100 gallons of fresh water that is heated to an optimal temperature to make it a pleasant, rewarding experience for your loved one.
Do you cage dry my pet?
Never! We want the entire experience to be one that will be happily recalled each time PINK arrives. Cages create stress, a condition we work hard to avoid.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Without a respectful notice, we will bill you for the appointment.
